The Adams County Sheriff’s Office seeks your help in locating a missing person: Isaac V Salinas 33, (Male, Hispanic, 5’10” 220 LBS) Last seen: At his home in the 1900 block of STH 13 in the Township of Preston at 8:30 AM On 09-11-2018. Isaac was last seen Township of Preston. This is just outside of the Village of Friendship in Adams County, Wisconsin. Isaac was last seen wearing a red and black pair of Jordan shoes and maybe black shorts.
