During the overnight hours of September 12, 2017 several motor vehicles were burglarized in the Sylvan Lake Park neighborhood. One (1) of the vehicles was forcibly entered, where the others were found to be unlocked. One of the victim’s belongings was found on Classic Dr.

The Burlington Township Police Department is asking that residents in the area of Sylvan Lake Park and surrounding neighborhoods who may have security systems with exterior surveillance cameras review their video between the hours of 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. If your video contains images of a subject peering into vehicles or anything else deemed suspicious you are asked to please contact Det. Mike Casella at either (609) 239-4486 or [email protected].

Residents are again reminded to make sure they secure their vehicles and keep valuables out of plain sight in order to deter these crimes of opportunity from happening.
