Seeking information on when storm yard debris will be picked up? See Web Message and our City Website for continued updates!

  • Yard Debris Pick Up
  • If you are doing outside clean up your property, please remember to stay hydrated and drink plenty of fluids. If you are using a chainsaw and cutting fallen trees and branches, please be mindful of downed powerlines.
Residents may place all yard debris cut on your property to the right of way and public works will be by to collect them. Residents will not be allowed to drop their debris off at Public Works, due to FEMA documentation and permitting, however if residents do not want to wait on Public Works brush pickup they may take their debris to the County Landfill. At this time, Pasco County has waived fees at their East and West Transfer Sites.

Due to Hurricane Irma, Public Works will have an additional crew on site for pickup.
Crew #1 will start in the Heights Neighborhood and proceed east and move north.
Crew #2 will start in the Big Bend area (north side City Limits) and will proceed west and south. Please look at the site debris map to get the daily schedule of crews track. For those residents who have not had the opportunity to pick up their debris, Public works will continue this accelerated schedule until all storm related debris has been picked up.
