* At 341 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Inyokern and China Lake Acres.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KERN
