PORTSMOUTH DETECTIVES SEARCH FOR MISSING WOMAN

PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department Special Victims Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman. According to detectives, 68-year-old Edna M. Randall was last seen at her home in the 1500 block of Mount Vernon Avenue by her caregivers at 10:00 p.m. this evening. Detectives are concerned for Ms. Randall’s well-being because she has a medical condition that requires constant supervision and medication.

Edna Randall is a black female who stands approximately 5’4” tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black Capri pants with a white stripe on the sides, black tank top, white shoes, and carrying a red purse.
