Deputies Seek Owner of Stolen Property

LOCATION: 2500 Block of Argyle St in the City of Highland, CA
SUSPECT: Alicia Taylor, 34, resident of San Bernardino, CA
VICTIM(S): Unknown

SUMMARY: Highland Station deputies were dispatched to a report of a possible petty theft in progress. The suspect was identified as Alicia Taylor, of San Bernardino, was detained by the victim. Deputies arrived on scene and detained Taylor. During a search of Taylor's items, an iPad mini and two concert tickets were located in Taylor's possession. Taylor admitted to taking the items from an unknown white vehicle parked on the 2500 block of Walker St, just north of Baseline. Deputies were unable to locate the vehicle. The iPad and tickets are in safe keeping at the Highland Police station. Highland deputies are seeking the public's help in locating the owner of the iPad and concert tickets.
