Press Release: Adult Male Charged with Neglect of a Disabled Person

ACCUSED: Conejo Graham, 51-year-old Male // Ocean Township, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On September 2nd, 2017 at approximately 6:00 pm police officers responded to the intersection of West Park Avenue and Highway 35 for a report of a missing disabled adult male. The investigation revealed that a caretaker later identified as, Conejo Graham had stopped at his residence and left the 65-year-old disabled male unattended in his vehicle for over an hour. When he returned the subject was missing. After searching the area on his own for some time he finally called the police when he could locate him.
Police officers coordinated a search and the subject was successfully located in West Long Branch. He was uninjured and in good health. Conejo was arrested and charged with Neglect of a Disabled Person and was released on a criminal summons pending a future court appearance.
