The Newark Police Department’s Traffic Division will have some road closures today from about 0930 a.m. to about 1100 a.m. for a collision investigation in the area of Thornton Ave. and highway 800. This will affect both westbound and eastbound traffic. This will also affect both the northbound off-ramp of highway 880 and the southbound off-ramp of highway 880. Motorists are advised of possible delays and to seek different routes.
