Road will remain closed through AM rush into Afternoon.
Windsor Rd is closed 200 feet west of South Ln to 200 feet east of South Ln due to a motor vehicle accident involving a pole.
Cars will be able to travel Windsor Rd up to the closure but will not be allowed to pass due to unsafe conditions. All vehicles will be turned around - no exceptions.
