While Sheriff Victor Hill's well publicized elite Fugitive Squad relentlessly hunts dangerous wanted criminals, his elite COBRA unit has a different mission.  Fashioned after the Sheriff's mentor/former Atlanta Police Chief's brain child R.E.D.D.O.G. unit which acronym stands for run every drug dealer out of Georgia, COBRA operates in a very similar fashion.  COBRA units patrol Clayton County constantly looking to thwart any in-progress crimes while targeting guns, gangs and drugs.  They are also highly credited with why you hardly ever see thugs and drug dealers hanging out in front of stores with open air visible criminal markets.

Recently, two COBRA unit members Deputy Kearns and Deputy Brown was attempted to conduct a stop traffic stop on drug dealer Jamarcus Cosby.  Cosby refused to stop and led them on a high speed chase while throwing drugs out of the window.  Unable to out drive the elite COBRA team,  Cosby wrecked and ran on foot.  At this point Cosby discovered that not only could he not out-drive the elite COBRA unit, but he could not outrun them either.  

When Cosby's vehicle was searched, a large amount of marijuana, crack cocaine and ecstasy was found inside a black duffle bag along with a substantial amount of cash.

Cosby now faces the wall at Georgia's toughest para-military jail.
