* Areas along and east of the Mississippi River.

* Through 1 PM Friday.

* The remnants of Tropical Depression Harvey will continue to produce areas of moderate rainfall overnight, mainly east of the Mississippi River. This rainfall may sufficient to sustain ongoing flooding from heavy rain earlier in the day Friday.

* Rises in creeks and small streams may occur overnight.
