8/22 – 2:50 p.m. – Police were dispatched to the first block of E. Washington, for a female battering another female. In the first block of East White Street, officers located what would later be determined to be the victim of the battery. She was reportedly beaten with a belt by a female aquaintance. She declined to press charges against the suspect, who was later located on North Jefferson Avenue. The victim was transported to a local hospital, via Millstadt EMS, for an evaluation.
