8/13 – 7:30 p.m. - Police were dispatched to the Cozy Acres Mobile Home Park, for a dog at-large complaint. The officer met with the complainant, who stated she and her dog were chased by a dog running at-large in the neighborhood. The complainant advised this type of incident has occurred before. A complaint was signed against the dog owner. Kristen T. Carron, 22 of Millstadt, was cited under village ordinance for Dog At-Large.
