On Wednesday, August 23rd at approximately 12:30pm, the Walnut/Diamond Bar Sheriff's Station received a call from a resident reporting someone was burglarizing a house. Deputies responded to the burglary in progress call . The Deputies contained the house and with the help of the Sheriff's Department Special Enforcement Bureau, took one suspect into custody , Ofelia Ramirez, of Whittier.
