#011 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest
At 7:38 a.m., Officer Liu contacted a 35 year old adult male, Fremont resident, near Norfolk/Hopkins and cited him for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.
#012 Vandalism
At 7:54 a.m., a male driver rammed the entrance gate to an apartment complex with a vehicle in the 3900 block of Stevenson Blvd. The call was initially broadcast as a collision; however after speaking to witnesses it was determined the vehicle intentionally rammed the gate in an effort to exit the complex. A property representative estimated repairs to be approximately $10,000. Investigated by Officer Malcomson.
#019 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
At 10:32 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of Central/Willowood after multiple callers reported a male running through yards and jumping fences. Officers eventually locate the 31 year old adult male in the area and arrest him for being under the influence of a controlled substance. The male was booked at Santa Rita. Investigated by Officer Burns.
#021 Residential Burglary
At 11:58 a.m., a homeowner on Pheasant St. called dispatch after remotely viewing video surveillance of his residence and seeing two unknown men inside. There is a time delay of approximately 30 minutes. Officers respond and confirm a residential burglary occurred. Video evidence shows three suspects. One is described as a Hispanic male adult in his mid-20s, wearing all black. The suspect vehicle is described as a charcoal 4-door sedan. Investigated by Officer Dennis.
#030 Petty Theft
At 5:27 p.m., officers responded to a retail establishment in the 43800 block of Osgood Rd. Loss prevention was holding a male for theft of $195 worth of electronics. The male, a 37 year old San Francisco resident was cited and released by Officer Godrich
