This message is to remind residents of the eclipse on Monday August 21st, 2017. Heavy traffic on I-95 that day. 
- Heavy traffic along with delays are expected especially along the I-95 corridor.
- If you are traveling, be prepared for extended travel times or plan an alternate route.
- Do not look directly at the Sun without proper eye protection.
