Theft of Property Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) A Southside man has been arrested in connection to theft of property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Tony James Morgan, 29, of Southside, is charged with one count of second degree theft of property and possession of a pistol by a violent felon, both are felonies,” investigator Adam Chapman said.
Morgan allegedly stole a .380 Bersa firearm from a residence on Valley Drive, Attalla.
He was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center on $10,000 bond. Morgan is also on state probation.
