* Forecast...The Neosho River near Commerce is expected to rise above flood stage early Friday morning and continue to rise to near 15.9 feet by Friday evening. The river is expected to fall below flood stage Saturday before dawn .
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs. Riverview Park experiences minor flooding. &&
