0658 Hours: Officer Ackerman investigated an auto burglary on the 7800 block of Hazelnut Drive. The loss is an air compressor.

1417 Hours: Officer Ackerman contacted and arrested a 34 year old Union City male for his outstanding warrants at the Newark Pavilion, 6430 Thornton Avenue. The suspect was booked into the Fremont Jail.

1503 Hours: Officer Mapes recovered a 2006 Ford F250 that was reported stolen out of Hayward on Walnut Street at Wells Avenue. The registered owner was notified of the recovery.

1849 Hours: Officer Herbert investigated a non-injury hit-and-run collision involving a parked vehicle on Saint Isabel Avenue.

2006 Hours: Officer Herbert responded to a non-injury traffic collision on Newark Boulevard at Cedar Boulevard.

2044 Hours: Officer Herbert investigated an auto burglary at BJ’s Restaurant, 5699 Mowry Avenue. The loss was a backpack containing personal items.

0042 Hours: Officer Khairy responded to a non-injury single vehicle traffic collision on Cherry Street at Joaquin Murieta Avenue.
