#011 Receiving Stolen Property
At 8:36 a.m., Officer Kwok ran a license plate on a silver 1999 Acura near Fremont Bl/Decoto Rd that had expired registration and false registration tabs. In addition, the vehicle was listed as a suspect vehicle from a package theft on 07/29/17 that occurred on Almeria Ave. Officer Kwok stopped the vehicle and arrested Regina Gonzalez (27, Hayward). Gonzalez was in possession of Nine West shoes taken during a package theft on Almeria Ave. It’s believed that Gonzalez has been driving around Fremont for the last few weeks stealing packages. She was arrested and booked for being in possession of known stolen property. Investigation into additional offenses is ongoing.
#033 Possession of Dangerous Drugs
At 2:17 p.m., Officer J. Roberts conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Middlefield Ave and arrested Anna McConnell (25, Fremont) for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Officer Roberts also arrested Nathan Carpenter (24, San Francisco) for possession of drug paraphernalia and for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
#042 Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest
Officer Blanchet conducted a pedestrian enforcement stop in the 42000 block of Roberts Ave and subsequently arrested Teresa Campbell (39, Fremont) for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
#043 Warrant Arrest & Possession of a Controlled Substance
A 44 year old adult female came to the FPD jail to visit an inmate. The female had an outstanding $5000 traffic warrant. Jail staff advised dispatch and Officer Gregory responded to arrest the female. When asked if she had anything illegal on her person, she reluctantly admitted she had MDMA with her.
#046 Trespassing
At 10:45 p.m., Officer Koehler arrested a 56 year old adult female for trespassing in the 2700 block of Mowry Ave at the owner’s request after she refused to leave the property.
