Lieutenant Halford is a twenty-six year employee of the Jackson Police Department and is assigned to the Patrol Division.
Lieutenant Halford is very persistent. He has a strong attitude but is easy going. His demeanor can seem aggressive but he keeps everyone laughing because of his sense of humor. Many in the community remember him by the nickname "Spike."
Lieutenant Halford wears several hats within the Jackson Police Department. He is a night shift supervisor, he is in charge of the Field Training Program, he supervises the Defensive Tactical Instructors, and he teaches self-defense classes to the community.
Lieutenant Halford is a loving and supportive husband and a great father to his three children. He is very active in his children's lives. He supports their numerous activities.
