Traffic Signal Work Set for Saturday July 29, 2017 
Traffic Signal Replacement work is set for tomorrow, July 29, 2017 on Sycamore Valley Road at Brookside Drive.
Contra Costa County will be replacing the signal controller and cabinet at the intersection from 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The intersection will be dark during the replacement work, and then on flash during the setup of the new controller. The county will provide portable stop signs and traffic control on all approaches. The work will necessitate the closure of the northbound right turn lane on Brookside drive and merge traffic into one shared left/through/right lane south of Sycamore Valley Road.
Motorists are asked to exercise caution through the work area and expect minor delays.
