Scott Chandler, City Engineer for the City of Jackson, has approved the temporary road closures for: 1) two-lanes of A Street from N. Missouri Street to N. Kentucky Street; 2) two-lanes of Tennessee Street, South end at A Street; 3) two-lanes of B Street, South end at A Street; 4) two-lanes of Massachusetts Street, South end at A Street; 5) two-lanes of Missouri Street, South end at A Street; 6) two-lanes of Kentucky Street, South end at A Street; on Monday, July 31, 2017, starting at 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The road closure is for a contractor to perform demolition of the cooling towers at the old Bemis Mill.
