At approximately 3:15 p.m., Jackson Police worked a one vehicle crash that knocked down power lines at Lambuth and Westwood. The area is blocked off and Jackson Energy Authority is on the scene.
Expect delays!!
Please check on the elderly and anyone else who may be susceptible to heat injury due to the loss of power and the inability to cool a residence.
