San Rafael Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person.
Missing subject: Erlene Flagg, 99 years. Black female with gray hair pulled back and brown eyes. Last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and carrying a black leather purse.
Erlene was last seen leaving her residence in San Rafael in a Tan Ford Escape with CA license plate of 5YOM051. She is possibly enroute to Graton Casino in Rohnert Park. She is not known to have any money or cell phone on her and suffers from late stage Alzheimer's disease.
If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Mrs. Flagg, please call 911 or contact the police.
