RESOLVED: CenturyLink issue with 911 in S. Hardin County

CALLS ARE ROTING CORRECTLY NOW
We have verified an issue with some CenturyLink landline customers in the Southern part of Hardin County, that causes the number to be tagged with a 662 area code and misrouted to Lee County MS when dialing 911. This is a CenturyLink issue beyond our control. The issue has been escalated to the proper authorities, and Lee County also has a means to relay misrouted calls. Cell Phone providers are NOT impacted by this issue.
