Details: This morning at 9:10 A.M. the State Fire Marshal's Office, Vermillion County Sheriff's Office and the Indiana State Police served two outstanding Vermillion County Circuit Court warrants on Willis W. Thomas, 61 and Debra S. Thomas, 61 of Clinton, Indiana. Both Willis and Debra were charged with arson (Level 4 Felony), arson with intent to defraud (Level 6 Felony) and conspiracy to commit arson (Level 6 Felony).
The couples house was the scene of a suspicious fire on the morning of July 2, 2015 and the warrants were issued after a two year investigation by the State Fire Marshal's Office.
Willis and Debra Thomas were booked in to the Vermillion County Jail where they are held on $25,000.00 bonds.
