Sheriff Victor Hill's new B.A.T. (Burglary-Auto-Theft and Truancy) Unit Takes Guns And Bad Guys Off The Streets

Today the B.A.T. unit which stands for Burglary-Auto-Theft and Truancy was successful in removing 3 firearms and a bullet proof vest from the hands of bad guys.  This is part of Sheriff Victor Hill's new initiative targeting what he refers to as "violent trigger pullers".  The High Sheriff has ordered all of his special forces to remove and stop the flow of guns to criminals and to crack down on auto-theft to leave them stranded.  Without guns and transportation, criminals are inept.

Today the Clayton County Sheriff's Office B.A.T Unit (Burglary•Auto Theft•Truancy) conducted a traffic stop on a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu with Georgia registration for a traffic violation.  A search of the vehicle revealed that the driver Patrick Etuk was in possession of two handguns, a 40 caliber S&W and a 9mm Glock of which one was stolen.

The Clayton County Sheriff's Office B.A.T Unit also initiated a traffic stop on Riverdale Road on a 2012 Chevrolet Cruz with Georgia registration for loud music. The driver D'Marko Zellner fled in the wood line nearby.   Units flooded the area and Zellner was captured shortly after with the assistance of Clayton County Police K9 team. Zeller was in possession of a firearm, drugs, and a bulletproof vest.

How can you help the High Sheriff in his quest to make criminals stranded and unarmed?

#1 Most cars that are being stolen are left unlocked with the key fobs in them, or left running.  Just locking the doors and not leaving vehicles running can keep a higher number of criminals walking.  Most criminals have no cardio-vascular conditioning, so they will be easy for Sheriff Victor Hill's Deputies and PD Officers to run down.

#2 Criminals look for unlock cars to steal firearms from.  Never leave your firearm in your car locked or unlocked.  If you need it it won't do you any good in the car anyway.  Also secure weapons that you leave in your home so that if someone does get inside your home, they cannot take your firearms. Most criminals cannot fight, so without a gun they are helpless and no match for the Sheriff's elite squads or armed citizens.

With your help, we can keep criminals stranded, gunless and facing the High Sheriff's wall at Georgia's toughest para-military jail!
