Marcos Decoro-Yhanes: 20 years old with autism, male, 5-10, 180 lb., wearing a denim jacket, blue basketball shorts and flip flops.
Last seen: Friday, July 14 at 9:20 a.m. at the corner of Cornell Street and Livingston Avenue.
He is Spanish-speaking and does not speak English. He does answer to his first name.
