7/03 – 3:24 a.m. – Police were dispatched to a disturbance in progress, at a residence on Rhineland Place. The verbal disturbance was between a male and female. The male subject, who is the owner of the property, wanted the female removed. The female, Allison E. Chamberlain age 26 of Millstadt, had outstanding traffic warrants out of St. Clair, Monroe, and Clinton Counties. She was arrested and transported to the St. Clair County Jail.
