Oscar has been located and reunited with his family. Thank you to the caller who reported seeing him and contacting us.
Oscar is 17 years old and non-communicative. He knows his name, but likely does not know his way home or how to ask for help. Oscar left home about 8 AM this morning. Oscar is 5'2" tall, slim build, short dark hair, and was last seen wearing a red/black t-shirt, black shorts.
