Rheem Blvd. Sinkhole Repair 
The Town of Moraga will be repairing the Rheem Boulevard sinkhole and replacing the 96-inch culvert at Rheem Boulevard at Center Street. near Moraga Road from July 10 to October 7, 2017.
During this time, the two-lane section of Rheem Boulevard at Center Street, near Moraga Road, will be closed to all traffic while the sinkhole is being repaired. The full closure of this section will allow the contractor to accelerate the schedule and complete the road work at the earliest possible date. Work is being allowed on Saturdays and during extended hours to help expedite and complete the project prior to the rainy season.
Signs will be posted to inform the public of the road closure and approved detour routes. A detour route around the closed intersection will be set up by the contractor routing traffic on Rheem Boulevard towards Glorietta Boulevard and Moraga Way. Your cooperation is requested to minimize inconvenience to yourself, the public, and our contractor. Contract plans and specifications are available upon request. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project will replace approximately 130 feet of 96-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe work underneath the intersection of Rheem Boulevard at Center Street and restore the site to original conditions.
