UPDATE the suspicious package rendered safe, no injuries, no arrests, evacuation lifted, roads are now open. 
The Tehachapi Police Department advises the suspicious device/package has been rendered safe by the KCSO Bomb Squad. The evacuation is lifted and the roads are re-opened. There were no injuries and no arrests. The investigation is ongoing.
