Rudy is a 68-year-old male who suffers from PTSD, alcoholism and other medical issues. He has paralysis on the left side of his body and is blind in his left eye. Rudy has never been reported missing in the past.
Rudy was last seen at his residence in Montebello by his wife, Lucy at approximately 10 AM wearing a black collared shirt, blue jeans and a baseball cap with "173rd" written on the front. When she returned home at approximately 10 PM she saw that Rudy was not home. Lucy noticed a phone message on her phone which was time-stamped at 7 PM. The message was from Rudy asking her to pick him up from a restaurant located in the area of Hubbard and Atlantic in East Los Angeles. Lucy drove to the above area and was unable to locate Rudy. An area check was conducted by ELA Sheriffs as well but was unable to locate him.
