Controlled burn by Fire Dept. may impact Livonia today. 
The Livonia Fire Department will be conducting a controlled burn at the City of Livonia Glendale property on the north side of Glendale, between Farmington and Merriman. The burn will start about 9 a.m. today and may last most of the day. There will be smoke in the area. The burn is being conducted to remove overgrown vegetation from the property.
