06/11/17 WTPD arrested Jesse Herold, age 34, of E. Stroudsburg, PA, and Christopher Crawford, age 31, of Washington. On 06/11/17 at approximately 9:55 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 40 block of Beethoven Ave. in Washington Borough for a report of two trespassers threatening the victim’s dogs. Upon the officer’s arrival, two subjects were located leaving the property. One of the subjects, Mr. Herold, attempted to flee the area on his bicycle, but was eventually stopped on Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough. The other party, Mr. Crawford was found to have an outstanding $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date. Mr. Herold was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of the administration of justice, interfering / disrupting transportation, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Herold was also issued motor vehicle summonses for obstructioning traffic, riding a bicycle without an audible device and riding a bicycle without reflectors. Mr. Herold was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

06/14/17 WTPD arrested Brian Johnson, age 40, of Hackettstown, NJ for a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Johnson was processed and released with a new court date.

06/21/17 WTPD arrested Angel Morales, 32, of Washington, NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/21/17 at approximately 7:47 PM, patrol responded to a disturbance at Leo’s Pizza, 230 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Morales was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/22/17 WTPD arrested Jennifer Bridygham, age 30, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. On 06/22/17 at approximately 11:03 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Hillcrest Ave in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s passenger, Ms. Bridygham, had an outstanding warrant. Ms. Bridygham was processed and released with a new court date.

06/22/17 WTPD arrested Brian Wydner, age 35, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $800.00 out of Washington Borough. On 06/22/17 at approximately 1:26 PM, patrol observed Mr. Wydner, who was known to have outstanding warrants, walking on E. Warren St. in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Wydner, confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and released with a new court date.

06/22/17 WTPD arrested Charles Frano, age 62, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/22/17 at approximately 6:43 PM, patrol was dispatched to a residence in the 50 block of the Railroad Avenue apartments for a noise complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Frano was issued a summons for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Frano was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/22/17 WTPD arrested William Dawson Jr., age 44, of Hampton, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/22/17 at approximately 11:58 PM, an officer on patrol observed Mr. Dawson at the Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave, in Washington Borough, playing loud music from his vehicle with the doors open. Mr. Dawson was processed at the scene and released with a mandatory court date.

06/22/17 WTPD arrested Brian Crawford, 34, of Hackettstown, NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/22/17 at approximately 4:44 AM, patrol responded to a dispute in the 1st block of Nunn Ave in Washington Borough. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Crawford was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/23/17 WTPD arrested Doreen Ross, age 52, of Washington, NJ for being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), failure to turn over a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) to a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 06/23/16 at approximately 8:29 AM, patrol responded to check the welfare of a suspicious vehicle at Railroad Ave Apartments, 7 Railroad Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that Ms. Ross was under the influence of a (CDS). Ms. Ross was processed and charged with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), failure to turn over a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) to police, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated (DWI). She was also issued a motor vehicle summons for possession of (CDS) in a motor vehicle. Ms. Ross was released with a mandatory court date.

06/24/17 WTPD arrested Eric Burns, age 40, of Washington, NJ for simple assault, disorderly conduct, obstruction of the administration of justice and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/24/17 at approximately 12:13 PM, patrol was dispatched to a physical dispute disturbance at the Eazy Wash & Dry Laundry, 328 W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Burns, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, obstruction of the administration of justice and a local ordinance for maintain a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
