The Arcadia Police Department's phone system is out of service this morning. The Department is unable to receive incoming business calls or make outgoing calls. Although this business phone system is off-line, the 9-1-1 emergency phone system is working and emergency calls will ring through to our Dispatch Center. Sorry for the inconvenience, but phone technicians are on site and working to resolve the problem. PF440 6/26/2017
