#002: Trespassing and probation violation arrest
At 12:03 am, Officers responded to a convenience store in the 39000 block of Fremont Bl for a man yelling at customers. The subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of a 29 year old male for trespassing and a probation violation.

At about 5:53 pm, officers responded to a report of car who drove into an apartment on Lincoln St. The car was abandoned at the scene. Traffic officers responded and quickly research the car. Their investigation leads them to nearby residence where they locate the driver of the car. A 26 year old Fremont resident was arrested for DUI and hit and run.
