* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas for... Western Rapides Parish in central Louisiana... Beauregard Parish in southwestern Louisiana... Eastern Vernon Parish in west central Louisiana... Northwestern Allen Parish in southwestern Louisiana...

* Until 930 PM CDT

* At 734 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered heavy rain producing showers and thunderstorms associated with weakening tropical depression Cindy across the advisory area. Rainfall amounts over the past 3 hours have ranged from 2 to 3 inches in numerous locations as the activity continues to track northeast at 30 mph across the same area. An additional 1 to 2 inches will be possible. This will result in minor flooding.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ALLEN ... VERNON
