Emergency - Evacuate Now

This is the AC Alert at 5:28 pm. Due to a gas leak, the City of Berkeley Fire Department recommends that people within 2 blocks of the 8th and Gilman intersection should evacuate now until further notice.

Fire Department and PG&E are on scene working to contain the leak.
