Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Missing Persons Detail have located Mr. Cecil Harper. He was seen driving away from his residence in Carson on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 11:00 am and did not return. He was reported missing on Monday, June 19, 2017.
 
Mr. Harper’s sister contacted Carson Sheriff’s Station to inform them that her brother Cecil Harper was possibly at Memorial Hospital of Gardena, 1145 West Redondo Beach Boulevard, Gardena.  Deputies went to the hospital and confirmed his identity and learned that he was admitted on Saturday, June 17, 2017. Mr. Harper stated that he was driving to a local store after leaving his home when he felt sick and parked his vehicle.  He later woke up in a hospital bed but did not remember how he arrived there.  
 
Deputies notified Mr. Harper’s family.

Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Detail are seeking for the public’s assistance in locating Cecil Bernard Harper. He is a 58 year-old male Black, who was last seen driving away from his residence near the 16000 block of Tarrant Avenue, City of Carson, on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
 
Mr. Harper is described as 5’9”, 150lbs, black hair and brown eyes. He is missing his right leg and was last seen driving a black, 2017 KIA Forte, California License Plate #7XPX028.

The missing person suffers from Diabetes. His family is very concerned and asking for the public’s assistance.
