Police are looking for 69-year-old Richard Green, who was last seen about 10 a.m. today in the area of N. 74th Street and N. Farley. Mr Green has dementia and several medical conditions.
He was last seen driving a cream-colored 1998 Lincoln Towncar with Missouri Handicap plates DE23T. A Shih Tzu dog is accompanying him in his vehicle.
Richard Green is a white male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 210 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
