#023 Residential Burglary
At 3:08 p.m., CSO Wilske was dispatched to investigate a late reported residential burglary from the 40200 block of Davis Court. Sometime between 9:00 p.m. - 10:40 p.m., on 6/12/17 an unknown person entered an unlocked gate and slid open a window to gain entrance in the residence. Several rooms were ransacked. Loss reported was a 2017 Mazda key fob.
#027 Shoplifting
At 4:10 p.m., Officer Gerber investigated a shoplifting incident on the 39200 block of Fremont Blvd. after loss prevention detained a resistive male. The male was identified as a 29 year old Fremont resident. He was arrested for possession for sales, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and for a probation violation. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
#029 Trespassing
At 6:07 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of Raleigh Court after a male entered the reporting party’s backyard. Officer Gigliotti stopped a male matching the description in the area but the reporting party was unable to identify the suspect. Turns the 36 year old adult male used to live at the house over two years ago. He was issued a trespass warning. Officer LaStrape investigated.
#033 Prowling
At 8:15 p.m. officers were dispatched to a suspicious circumstance call on the 48400 block of Ursa Dr., The reporting party advised two males were in his backyard throwing rocks at his rear window. When the reporting party looked out at them, they took off running to a blue vehicle that fled toward Warm Springs Blvd. They were described as follows:
#1 - Black male adult, 20's, 6'00", skinny-medium build wearing a black shirt, possibly long sleeved and unknown pants.
#2 - Black male adult, 20's, wearing all black.
Officers responded to two mental health calls during the day.
