SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 3:33 a.m. Highland Deputies observed Eshmon driving a black Cadillac SUV with no lights northbound on Sterling Ave at 13th St. A traffic stop was conducted and Eshmon failed to yield.
