#4 On Sheriff Victor Hill's Top Ten Most Wanted Captured Attending A Funeral 
Santana Marquis Lambert made #4 on Sheriff Victor Hill's top ten most wanted on November 19, 2016 for shooting at a man five times hitting him once with a bullet in Morrow. That one bullet penetrated the victim's left lung and shattered his spine leaving him paralyzed from the chest down.
Today members of Sheriff Victor Hill's elite Crime Suppression Unit were surveilling a funeral to quell possible gang violence. During the surveillance, they spotted Santana Marquis Lambert in attendance. Always showing respect for the dead and grieving loved ones, Sheriff's deputies waited until the funeral was over and followed Lambert in a vehicle until it was safe to take him down. Lambert was taken into custody without incident and is now facing the wall in Georgia's toughest para-military jail.
No one has yet to escape Sheriff Victor Hill's list and no one ever will. It is not a matter of if the Clayton County Sheriff's Office will find them, it is only a matter of when.
