Possible kidnapping: Newer white Chevy Colorado w/ white female passenger about 30 years old w/ gray hair possibly bound & gagged, last seen in 2800/3300 area being followed by a newer model black Chevy 2500. No driver descriptions or tag numbers of vehicles.
