In Southeast Missouri, Dunklin and Pemiscot. In West Tennessee, Benton, Carroll, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Obion, and Weakley.

* Very heavy rainfall will continue through this afternoon with several inches of additional rainfall possible. This is likely to lead to flash flooding.
