Receiving Stolen Property Arrests 
(Etowah County, Alabama) Two Attalla men have been arrested in connection to a burglary that occurred in the Whorton Bend community, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Derick Ray-Warren Freeman, 35, and Waylon Matthew Freeman, 33, both of Attalla, are each charged with one count of first degree receiving stolen property, which is a felony,” investigator Will Farley said.
The brothers were allegedly in possession of a Fender Jaguar electric guitar that was stolen from a residence on Whorton Bend Road. An Alvarez acoustic guitar, Fender Stratocaster Texas Special electric guitar, Sony PS4, Sony PS3 and guitar case were also stolen from the residence.
Both men are currently being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on $5,000 bond each.
