Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, and Delaware Township Police Chief Chris Cane announced that a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, & Narcotics Task Force and the Delaware Township Police Department has led to the arrest of two individuals for narcotics offenses.
According to Prosecutor Kearns, “The joint investigation resulted in the arrest of Jerry Mills Jr, age 38, of Flemington, NJ, and Shayla Solarczyk, age 23, of Baptistown, NJ, on May 26, 2017. Mr. Mills was charged with 3rd degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin, 3rd degree Destruction of Evidence, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a disorderly person offense. Ms. Solarczyk was arrested and charged with 3rd degree Conspiracy to Possess Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, disorderly person offense. Mr. Mills and Ms. Solarczyk were processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.”
