* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Northern Alamance County in central North Carolina... Northeastern Guilford County in central North Carolina...

* Until 830 PM EDT

* At 722 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Monroeton, or near Reidsville, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include... Greensboro, Burlington, Graham, Mebane, McLeansville, Elon College, Gibsonville, Haw River, Alamance and Lake Guilford Mackintosh Marina. HAIL...1.25IN WIND...70MPH
